Services
Carpet Binding
Our carpet binding service applies a durable cotton border to carpet edges, creating professional rugs or stair runners. Available in 1", 1.5", or 2" widths, we offer eco-friendly recycled cotton tapes in plain, herringbone, and striped designs. This service enhances durability while adding a decorative finish to bespoke floor coverings.
Tape Binding
Tape binding involves sewing a decorative cotton border onto carpet edges to prevent fraying. We provide a wide selection of recycled cotton tapes in various patterns, including basket weave and stripes. This technique transforms leftover carpets into high-quality rugs, combining functionality with aesthetic appeal for residential or commercial spaces.
Yarn Whipping
Yarn whipping uses a 1cm wool overlock stitch to secure carpet edges, preventing fraying and creating professional rugs. Our UK-made wool yarns come in multiple colours for matching or contrasting borders. This service is ideal for bespoke shapes like circles, half moons, and pedestal mats, tailored to client specifications.
Rug Repairs
We specialise in repairing Oriental, Persian, Moroccan, and Indian rugs, restoring their original condition. Our techniques address fraying edges, worn areas, and structural damage while preserving the rug's integrity. This service ensures longevity for valuable or sentimental floor coverings, maintaining their aesthetic and functional quality.
Stair Runners
Stair runners are crafted using durable binding techniques to create non-slip, decorative strips for staircases. Available in custom lengths and widths, we use eco-friendly materials and offer matching or contrasting borders. This service enhances safety while adding a stylish finish to both modern and traditional homes.
