Rugs and Stuff

Established in 2001, we are a family-run online business specialising in premium flokati rugs crafted in Greece and high-quality anti-slip rug underlays sourced from Germany and the USA. Our commitment to exceptional value stems from our decision to operate without physical retail premises, allowing us to pass savings directly to customers. We pride ourselves on offering a bespoke cutting service at no additional cost, ensuring our clients receive precisely tailored solutions without unnecessary expenditure. With over two decades of experience, our team combines deep industry knowledge with a dedication to customer satisfaction, providing expert guidance from initial inquiry to post-purchase support. Our expertise extends to thermal insulation underlays and innovative RugBuddy heating systems, reflecting our focus on both traditional craftsmanship and modern functionality.

As a trusted online retailer, we maintain rigorous quality control while offering free UK mainland delivery and a straightforward 14-day return policy. Our authoritativeness in the rug industry is reinforced by long-standing partnerships with reputable manufacturers and a transparent approach to customer service. We prioritise trustworthiness through secure payment systems, clear communication channels, and a proven track record of resolving customer concerns promptly. Our operational history demonstrates consistent adaptation to market changes, including post-Brexit logistics challenges, while maintaining our core commitment to quality and value.
