Business Details
We are a family-run flooring business with over 50 years of experience, rooted in the Windsor community. Our founder, Lino Len Gilson, was born and bred in Windsor and completed a full City and Guilds Apprenticeship over five decades ago at Caleys (JLP). We have never compromised on our workmanship or the service we provide, offering honest, no-nonsense advice to every client. Our team consists of the best qualified and trained installers, whom we have personally known for many years. We have travelled the world installing carpets on cruise ships, in palaces, and in stately homes, bringing that global expertise to every local project. We assess and constantly monitor the quality of our work to ensure full satisfaction every single time.
Our commitment to professionalism is supported by our membership of the Federation of Small Business and public liability insurance up to 5 million. Many of our original clients have returned to us, and now their children and families continue to trust our service. We believe that the best endorsement comes from recommendations, which form the backbone of our business. We offer free measuring, surveying, and estimating, with evening appointments available for your convenience. Our showroom in Warfield displays a vast range of flooring options, and we can source any make from any manufacturer. We deliver consistent quality with a personal touch, matching written estimates from major stores on a like-for-like basis.
