Allander Flooring Ltd. evolved from Townhead Carpets Ltd. which had a long presence in Milngavie village but the name was associated with Kirkintilloch where it started trading in 1973. So in 2014 it was decided to change the name of the business to Allander Flooring Ltd. Allander being synonymous with Milngavie. The company is owned by Ian Lavrie, a lifelong resident of Milngavie, Ian has over forty years experience in the carpet and floor covering business.
We offer all types of carpeting to both retail and contract sectors, Wool Twists, Axminsters, Wiltons, Saxony, you name it we do it. We also offer a full range of cushioned vinyl, LVT, Lino tiles and sheet Lino. We run Laminate, Engineered Wood and solid Wood ranges also. All of which can be installed by us. When it comes to having your carpet fitted or wood floor installed we provide a full preparation and installation service.

Would highly recommend ALL FLOORS in Milngavie . We purchased carpets and LVT flooring from them. Lee was very helpful and guided us in the right product for our home . The company were always happy to answer any questions we had, replied promptly to emails and gave regular updates on fitting and delivery . The fitters are extremely knowledgable in their trade and worked really hard . Would definitely recommend this family run business . Really pleased with the end result the flooring and carpets look great.

I am extremely satisfied with Allfloors, who provided and installed Karndean flooring for me. The company was a pleasure to interact with, showing patience when I was undecided about the type of floor I wanted and helpful in discussing my options.
Their prices were competitive compared to other flooring companies. The person who fitted the floor did a superb job, and I am thrilled that they have now opened another location near me. I would have no hesitation in using their services again.

We recently purchased laminate flooring for our lounge and dining room from All Floors in East Kilbride. The flooring arrived on the scheduled date and was competitively priced. We were pleased with their showroom and the friendly, non-pushy advice they provided.
Their business is family-run and they deliver a very personal service.
We were so impressed with our laminate purchase that we went back to All Floors to buy carpets for our stair and bedrooms. Once again, the service was great and the carpet fitter did an excellent job.
