We have over forty years experience in the carpet and flooring industry, having worked as a supplier, master carpet fitter, retailer, contractor and restoration technician. We have operated as a fulltime international flooring inspector for more than fifteen years, serving clients across the UK and Europe. We are a qualified Woolsafe Organisation carpet inspector and an affiliate member of the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. We also hold full membership of the Expert Witness Institute and are engaged as an expert floor coverings consultant by the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman. Our independence is absolute; we have no affiliation to any carpet or flooring manufacturer, supplier, fitter or cleaner. We ensure that every inspection report we produce is wholly objective and based solely on the findings of our onsite examinations. We specialise in investigating claims of manufacturing faults, fitting negligence and cleaningrelated issues in carpets and hard flooring.

We extend our service to private residences, commercial premises, offices and hotels, acting for suppliers, manufacturers, loss adjusters, Trading Standards offices and insurance companies. We offer prepurchase advice on material suitability, yardage requirements and fair value costing to help clients avoid costly mistakes. We also provide damage assessment, recovery and cleaning advice for carpets affected by spillage, fire or flood, and we design tailored carpet cleaning programmes to extend floorcovering life. We have consistently resolved disputes and delivered reliable outcomes for homeowners and businesses throughout the UK through our expertise, transparent methodology and commitment to client satisfaction.
